This is important because you might have a good product that you are selling or the services your are offering, but most people became your customers because of why you are selling those products not for what they are. As you move forward and creating your vision statement, remember that the “WHY” you are doing what you do in your company will be great for your company.

What happens when a company does not have a vision statement?
There are some companies that do not have a vision statement. Sometimes you might wonder how do they progress, are the employees clear on what is expected from them? What happens when there is a conflict and both the employee and the customer do not know how the company operates. Most companies are always hiring because of this very problem. They lose customers because they don’t know how to treat them and they lose employees because the employees are clueless about the direction of the computer. It is very dangerous to have such a company operating because it is very hard for them to keep their customers and employees.
A vision statement can help a lot of the finances because the customers you keep will refer their friends and families and that will help to generate more revenue. It also helps with the company having a good culture that will be more ethical and this will also invite investors when you are in a state of getting one to assist. Having a company culture will enable employees to know how they can treat and to customers when they are showing gratitude for the services render and also for when things did not go well. Employees will also be able to answer some of the questions that customers might have than to always have the supervisor and manager to come and those questions.
When an employee understands the purpose of the company, they will be able to treat their clients well and a lot of them are the face of the company because they are the ones always working with the customer. As they continue working with the customers in a manner that is ethical and aligned with the vision statement, the customers will always be happy to come to your company for services. Sometimes it also happens even if your services are costly than your competitors but because they know why you do that, they will support you in your adventure to help the company reach its potential.
